The truth comes out....
Tonight while I was making dinner, Luke and Peter were playing together in the family room. Luke announced that they were playing "house." He said that he was the dad, Peter was the little boy, and "the mom" was at the store. Then I overheard him say to Peter, "okay little boy, now that mommy is at the store, you can watch a special tv show." I started laughing....ahhh the truth comes out! No wonder nobody sheds a tear when I head to the store...it's way more fun to be at home! Too funny.

I laughed at this! At just about this age Christopher started to call the times when I would go out "flat-haired guys' time" because guys have flat hair and girls have curly hair. It meant that you, Dad, and the brothers rolled out the Darda car race set and the "special" snacks! Lots of love! Auntie Karen
Umm...I'd just like to state for the record, that as the former nanny, I did NOT teach him this.......
